I2004 locking up on BCM 400 4.0

We have a BCM 400 4.0 fully patched and an I2004 that freeze almost every day. We have exchanged the phone and also the port on the switch but no result. There are 5 others IP phone on the system and they are OK. The only difference between the others is that the I2004 is in a call foward on a cell phone over a destination code.

Any idea
