I2004 Can't Connect

I have a ip node setup and working. We tried to bring the working ip set up to our other site which is connected with a data circuit,I think mpls. Anyway, I can ping the telephony node from the remote site using a pc on the network, however I can not ping from the I2004 set, and obviously can not connect to the server. Is this a firewall issue or did my phone crap out all of a sudden? Maybe I need some ports opened up on the firewall? Any ideas?
I can also ping from the MC32 card over the data circuit, and up to a pc at the remote site.

My book shows 4100,5000,5200 and 5201.
