i2004 call history

I have a user that would like to see her call history of missed callers similar to the 39xx phones can someone please advise the checks and balances of this feature. thanks in advance

That's called Call Logging. It can be enabled on one set, or all sets. Check on page 429 of the BCM 3.6 programming operations guide for details.

So everyone knows and I do believe in sharing information... This option is not available on any succesion prior to 4.0 so kill yourselves like I did only to find out the patches and the software needed to be upgraded...

Im trying to set this up and keep getting a "No Log Assigned" error. Do you know how to assign a log to the sets?

under User preferences, call log options you must choose -log all calls - unanswered calls...... Then under Telco features set the log space: example LOG 50 , POOL 550. That should do it!

Thank endlesswinter, however I keep getting an error <Enter Blank to Clear "set log space"> when I try to set this.

Any ideas?
