I2004 and KEM problem

Hi all

I am having problem with my KEM on IP Phone I2004.
I installed the phone, but because i have 6 lines, on the phone can be shown only 5.

So I bought KEM so I can put the 6 lines on the KEM, and use the buttons on the I2004 for other features.

But for some reason, i am not able to put the 6 lines on the KEM. I tried moving the lines from the phone to the KEM, by feature *81, but it does not allow me.

I installed the lines on the KEM by external line, and the line i want, but on the KEM it shows empty button, and it does not show which line is ringing.

What can i do so i can install the lines on the KEM?

U need to assign the kem in programming to a set. this will make it an ekem which will allow lines on it. Go to cap assignment.

Where is this option so i can go and do this things.

There is no such a option in BCM Element Manager.

Yes there is, assign it in Configuration-Telephony-Global settings-Cap assigment.
