i2004 & i2002 phone key status

Does anyone know of a overlay where you can stat/print a i2004/2002 and get an indication of a feature key status i.e.

- Is forward active
- Is hnt grp deactivate on / off
- Is make set busy on / off

As all any set, you can trace the set to see keys status:
LD 80
TRAC "TN"for Large System
or
TRAK "TN" for Small system
