i2002 station does not show called party name for internal calls

We have a user whose phone does not show inbound caller name from internal calls. When she makes internal calls she cannot see called party name either. There is one extension in her area that she can call her extension and see the called party name. I can't figure out why one phone's name displays but no others. I have attached her config and also compared it to other sets that work fine. What am I missing?

CNDA TN shows display "Callers Name"
DNDA TN shows display "Dialed Name

Check the time/date display configuration of the phone. Also check the length of the name of the person.

The 2002/1120E/1220/1230 have a limited space to display information. The factors above affect how much space is required. If not enough space, then the name may not show.

We moved this user to a different TN/PBX and that is when she lost the ability to see called name on her phone, this was never a problem before. Other users we have moved along with her have no issues. Her settings are just like everyone else, but we can't figure out what is going on - it appears that all looks good. Right?

delete the problem tn, use the cpy command and copy from a good tn

Just to make sure, the user doesn't have to do anything on her phone for the TN to change, correct? I am doing this remotely.

Sorry I am new at this, but after I add the TNs in it is asking me for a DN. Since DN 3004 is already associated to the old TN how do I move that DN to the new TN?

Well ... I don't see ADD in your CLS ... I see AAD which is Automatic Answerback Denied and likely a typo as you were trying to enter ADD Automatic Digit Display, default for M2008, M2216,
M2317, M2616, and M3000.

Our standard template we use CTD, LNA, FNA, HTA, HFA, MWA, ADD, CNDA, CDCA, DNDA, TDD

I'll let it slide since you are proclaimed 'new' ;D

Changing those CLS did not help either. I need to figure out how to change the TN inside that DN so we can eliminate that as a possible problem.

Okay, I changed the TN (thank you very much KillianK) and user is still experiencing same issue. The baffling thing is that she is getting the name display from one extension, but not from others, nor can she see the name display when dialing out to another extension. Do you think the phone set itself could be an issue? I kind of don't think so, only because it was working when registered to the other PBX and as soon as we changed her to the new PBX, called names disappeared (except for one)

Okay, the user won't be back until Tuesday. When I have her check time/date display, what should I be looking for?
