Hi Everybody
I have a BCM50r2 with 5 i2oo2 phones connected via 2 VPNs on three seperate sites. The phones are always going off line especially when the IP phones are in use and another call comes in.The BCM50 (latest upgrade) is on the main site with a VPN to the i2002 main reception phone and another VPN from the main site to an office with 4 i2002 phones.I have opened UDP ports 7000,5060,28000-28255,51000-51200 but to no avail.
IP addresses BCM50=192.168.2.200/X251=192.168.1.50/ the other 4 extensions are 192.168.0.50/53.This installation is 1 year old and no matter what I try the phones will not stabilise

Thanks
Jon

What type of connection is it.
If its Broadband you may need to set your QOS to allow voice priorty on lan switch.
Change the codec to lower value from g711 to g728 to conserve bandwidth.

If using Cisco routers these will reset if to many errors are being received and the required bandwidth not being maintained.
