NT 4.0 Boots up but none of the services start (CP and others). Service Database is locked (Forever). Ran chkdsk /f rebooted still nothing. Any idea's? System had been working fine earlier in the day.

DBSRV50.EXE has locked the services database. If I manually disable it the other services start. Any idea on how to repair the SQLANY service?
