I would like to view calendar and mail at same time

I will admit to using notes for several years now but have never been able to use it efficently. I would like to view my calendar and my mail at the same time (two different windows). I have looked but I am unable to figure out how to do this.

If you are using R5 or better, you can set up your Welcome Page to do that
Go to your Bookmarks, click on the Welcome Page, and either choose a predefined format that answers your issues, or create one from scratch.
Of course, you will have to access your Workspace from the bookmarks area if you set your Workspace as default, but that being an issue is not the case for everyone.

Alternatively you can open your calendar (or mail) in another window by right-clicking the bookmark and choosing 'open in new window.

Thank you for your help. I used the welcome page to set this up. I have two other questions.

I would like to see my folders in the welcome page view. I can not seem to view them. I can only view them in the email view.

Also when I get an email and click open mail it opens the mail viewer not my welcome page. Is there anyway to change that?

The welcome page can only show one view - or folder - at a time. You will not be able to insert your entire mail db into the welcome page.

As for the open mail functionality, it is designed like that and cannot be changed either.
