I would like to configure FTP on IIS7.0 (secure it SSL)

Hello-

I'm sure I am late the game and this question has been asked so many times, but here goes.

I would just like to deploy an FTP (SSL) site within IIS7.0..

Can anyone point me to a url link of something they deem the "correct" way to configure this service? also, can I get away with creating a self signed cert (Windows CA?) would I need to point it to the root of the server or the IIS/FTP service..

If anyone could please share or point me to a decent installation document I would truly appreciate it.
