I would like to add more IP trunks to my BCM50 r5.0

I manage three BCM50 r5.0 systems that are all tied together via VPN networks using Sonicwall equipment. My main corporate store is installing a customer call center, and we need to increase the number of available IP trunks at that store to accommodate the number of IP calls that will land there.

A few questions:

1. I only need to install the additional IP trunks at the store that houses the call center, correct?
2. Because I'm on release 5.0, I will need to purchase my authorization codes on the second hand market (eBay), correct?
3. Someone here will be able to assist me with generating the keycodes in KRS? For a 5.0 system?
4. As I understand it, I already have a keycode installed for the two IP trunks on this system. When I purchase a new authorization code for 4 trunks, does it override the 2 and become 4, or does it give me 6?

What type of configuration is required after the new trunks are installed? Will I need to do any system programming to use the extra trunks, or does the system just let me use them?

I have several local companies out for quotes on this, but I really want some expert advice from you guys on what this project will entail.

You can still get the keys from a distributor who gets it from Avaya. The only programming is to make sure the new trunks are in the same pool the other ones are. and yes it adds them so you would have 6.
 
Looking in Element Manager, I see that I have 4 active VoIP lines, and they are all set to Pool:BlocA.

Looking at the inactive lines, I see the remaining VoIP lines 5-12, and they are all set to Pool:BlocA as well. So I'm all set, I just need to purchase and activate an authorization code to get my keys to turn on 4 more lines.


I'll report back with results...
