i would like a tutorial on listboxes

Hi all,

i need to populate a list of names in an area (listbox?) and be able to select multiple items into another list and subtract them from the original vice versa, then send the new list to a php page. i dont have a cue how to do this,

i need to boxes where i can add/delete data from the two.

any help, links would be great
