I-Worm/Bagle virus 1

Could someone please tell me how to remove this from my computer. I have been struggling for days and days to get back on line, ran a virus scan and this worm came up as well as several other viruses. I would like to delete this from my system. Thanks.

Download ewido and run it in safemode.
