I had the same problem last week.
Make a search for a small program called oFramer. It is in VB, and will load Excel or Word into it. Then, to be able to play with the data, look in the Microsoft office CD for help. (cd
ffice, vbaxl8.hlp)
With these tools, i was able to do all I wanted
