Could someone say how do I create an interface (other than the switch board) for my MS Access dbase?..What I wish for it to do is,when opened, in fact it can be the switchboard, this must be the welcoming screen.like an application..must I be using MS Access to at least use this dbase?
Thanks.

In Access Tools then startup you can then select the form that you wish to display at startup.
Only thing is Access is highly memory dependent.. no problem if you only have a few users and not a large database
Next step after that is to split the database and you can put the front screen on individual computers and keep the database on the server...
Then next after that is to make VB forms that connect to the database
Or if your planning on having quite a big database you can jump to the thrid option.. And then the next step you can use SQL and VB forms and forget about Access altogeather..
