I will be converting my users from a intuity audix to octel 250 in the near future. Does anyone have a document that will show the differences between the two systems. For example in Audix you press 2 to get messages in Octel you press 1.

Avaya has a thing called Aria on Intuity that makes a Intuity act like a octel. I don't know if they make a opposite system that makes a octel sound like a Intuity. If so u wouldn't have to reeducate your users. If not, the support.avaya.com will have end users pamphlets that u can print out to show the differences. AS far as something that shows the exact corelations between the 2, I have never seen, and I have worked on both systems.
