I was hacked into I think while I was playing rogue spear by a fellow rogue spear player, I had an error that was about winsock. so tell me if this was him. He also had my external ip address which I want to know how he got it.

He ran netstat from a command session to get your IP. Try it yourself while connected to someone or the net.

A Winsock error does not sound to me like you were hacked. If using Win2k or XP check your logs, Start, run, eventvwr.msc. See if you can get details of the Winsock error.
