I want to stop the update/ delete msg boxes from popping up.

I'm running a bunch of sql statements in the background when user clicks a btn.

I'd rather not have 8 msg boxes automatically show up saying "you are about to update 427 rows" etc etc.

Is there a way to programmatically turn them off?

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum and the answer is somewhere else in access.
