We have a IPS 2000.
Once in a while users gets restrict when trying to call forward station.
I know I can go to station prime and dial Call Back/Trunk Queuing Cancel code which is #1.
Is there a way to eliminate callback trunk Queuing so it will never happen again?
I don't even know how they activate this feature anyway.
There is no access code to set queuing in our system.
