I want to restrict Call Back/Trunk Queuing once for all...

We have a IPS 2000.

Once in a while users gets restrict when trying to call forward station.

I know I can go to station prime and dial Call Back/Trunk Queuing Cancel code which is #1.

Is there a way to eliminate callback trunk Queuing so it will never happen again?

I don't even know how they activate this feature anyway.
There is no access code to set queuing in our system.
 
Try CMD 08, item 208 set to a 1 for not available. 208 is single digit feature access while calling station hears busy. It includes code 2 which is callback/trunk cueueing.
 
CMD 1503>00 -15> 0 should take care of it.

Your phones are probably the default of 15 but just do them all. It only takes a minute.
 
Thanx I just did the commands and I hope it never comes back again.Users are not supposed to hear a busy tones anyway.
