I want to replace my Global Catalog AD Server

I am going to replace the first AD server on my network with a new one. I know that the GC needs to be moved. Are there any other items that need to be addressed prior to demoting the old server?

Don't forget things like wins, dns dhcp databases. Are you going to install the new dc, run dcpromo, sync the 2 servers, then demote the old one? This should take care of the databases.
