i want to move between records within 1 screen

i'm writing a confirm screen for a system, i only want 1 record per screen, but i want to be able to switch through the records without confirming. ie. <last next>.

i'm opening the full record set, but only displaying the first record at the moment so i need to add into this a movenext applied to a button.

mentally this is easy, how do i pen it in though.
