I want to make a viewer of images DICOM (it is a format of image used in medicine) I will use ocx that I will call with pages HTML I reads the image has partire a file is I redraw it has the screen
the problem: the functions of posting of Windows which I use with VC++ disfigures the image once that I carry out operations of enlarging of miniaturization if I use tools for posting like DIRECTX the latter does not walk with Windows NT and the viewer must be portable on any Microsoft platform if you have a solution or a council it it plait to you give it to me .

A solution for all platforms (UNIX, Windows etc) will be usage of function, for example ShowPoint(long x, long y, long gray) to show one Point on the screen, and usage of this function for all visualisations.
You will need to overwrite only this function then.
OpenGL works on some systems too.
For Windows, You can convert DICOM into Bitmap and show it with standard functions.
