i want to login to solaris (DAILIN)

i installed solaris7 , the main purpose is for remote login .

how to configure the solaris server so that it should accept the remote users dailing from their premises( DIALIN)
my modem is able to pick the incoming call , it is not giving the login prompt on the client side
can any one give me a helping hand to sort out

HI

I think you can do in 2 possible ways. If the solaris system is on public Ip address then install SSH and any one can login using SSH from any where. Do not use telnet as it is not secured on the internet.

Another thing is you can do VPN using PPTP on solaris.
