I want to learn ActionScript 1

I want to learn ActionScript. I have no programming experience what so ever and I have some idea that I'm about to get a major headache..... Does anyone know of a good site or better still a good book I can get that explains this from an absolute beginers level? I do know how to add basic ActionScrips to objects like buttons and I am now kind of getting used to the "with" (old "TellTarget&quot actions but that is about as far as it goes. Please help as I love Flash to pieces and want to be able to do all these ideas I get from time to time.... >:O>

foundation action script is a good book (our graphic designer loves it).

Cheers Manic, any chance you know who the writer of that book is or who published it....?
