The best thing (in my opinion) is to aquire a book, but if want to learn online: Developing my own, first Delphi database application, using Database Form Wizard

another good thing (it helped me a lot) is using the helpfile included with Delphi.

Also take note that if you press F1 while holding the cursor over a certain word(expression) you get help on THAT perticular subject.
