I want to install a new primary hard drive in WinXP. How can I transfer the the current Hard drive info to the new one with out reinstalling all my programs?

if you've bought a new drive, it should come with a utility which does what you want - if not, just go to drive manufacturer's website, and you'll probably find such a utility there.
