i want to find this driver any way

My modem conexent 56K was detected as Best Data Data fax Modem In Windows XP.When i Querry the Modem it works But When I dial With It is Does Not Dial.It does Not even Pick my Phone Line.I also tried to uncheck "Wait for Dial Tone" But it does not dial.Please Help me.
