I've just installed oracle 9i.
I cannot connect to sql+.
So I want to create a new database in which Iwill import a sql Server database.
But when I click on create... database, It is wrote:
"No session is selected" (I 've got a french version and I translate approximatively the message)
And I wonder what is a session and how to create it.
Is there somebody to help me ?
