I want to connect my phone to my laptop via the ps/2 port....

My laptop does not have an RS 232 port... it only has parallel, USB and a PS/2 mouse/key port... i want to connect my mobile phone to my laptop in order to access the net but i have no rs232 port to connect my phone to... i did some thinking and i realised that the ps/2 port can only accept data from a device... is it true ? i cannot find a schematic for the ps/2 -> rs 232 nore for the usb -> rs232 port... help me... please !

The PS/2 port/s are intended for input to the computer from a mouse or keyboard, don't do much output.
