I want to configure auto answering/auto attendant system in my Nortel BCM 400 system. Normally i am using BCM element manager to configure BCM.anybody can help me to implement this system.

Use the call pilot manager I think you are over your head and need to get a certifided tech in this is usally a 3 day class with some strong background on the Norstar product.
