I want to calculate the 95th percentile of a selection of data

I am can get the data I want the percentile on but want to know if there is clever way to to calculate the percentile

I just want to clear that lets suppose u have one field of sy like
BloodPlasmaLevel
----------------
28.7
32.8
36.5
n so on......n now u want that

95th Percentile= X

or u have already got means and standard deviations or it also has to be calculated from the dataset.
