You will need to dedicate some of your VM ports to be RADs.

Do not use the last port as it must remain with the regular ports for message waiting.

Once the RADs have been set up and recorded, you simply assign them as the wakeup termination point.

I vaguely remember another post where someone was trying to do this, I'll see if I can find it to save covering old ground.

I want to retrieve licenses for additional IP phones on Mitel 3300 MXe 111 in cluster with two AX. After clicking on Retrieve licenses an error message will prompt (UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE AMC, CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION). what should I do, my internet connection is very strong.
