I want to allow popups 1

I have a PC which won't open any popups in IE (I know people try hard to get this behaviour, but I need the opposite!)

Someone else has been mucking around on it, and I can't figure out what they've done. There doesn't appear to be any popup-blocking software installed, and I've reset all the IE seciruty settings to default, all to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Run IEFIX and reboot. If there really is a popup blocker installed you will have to Start, Run, MSCONFIG to find and disable it.
