I want to allow one record per day per employee 1

I want one of 4 employees to be able to fill out one record per day (time sheet). If I allow dups (which I currently am) sometimes they will produce 2 time sheets. If I restrict dups this allows 1 time sheet period. no matter what day they enter it.
I would like to know how to allow them to enter once per day.... Is there a way to double index?

Hi Scotty,
Why sure. If the "Primary key" on your table is the employeeID (or name if thats what you use) And the date, you will only be allowed 1 record per employee per date. Gord
