I want my picture to look like the car in this old ad. Kinda old retro looking. Any ideas or tutorials I could find online?

Study (or google for) 'airbrushing' as this car was either entirely airbrushed or it was a photo that was heavily tweaked with an airbrush and standard airbrush techniques.
