I want MOH to play during AA transfer on CP 100 / MICS

Call Pilot 100
MICS 6.1

When a call is transfered manually by a station(F70), the caller hears MOH, but on transfer through the Call Pilot, caller hears ringing - no MOH.


"Call Screening" option plays the MOH while the caller waits, but I would prefer not to implement screening.

What are my options....... Any ideas???

when a person is in the process of transferring the caller hears moh ...
if they screen the call they hear moh
if they do an unscreened transfer, the caller hears a ring back

same thing with CP as well
