It's possible to use ASP and PHP on the same IIS server. I don't know about having both kinds of code inside the same file, but that could probably be handled with includes.

ASP for Linux is available at

http://www.chillisoft.com,

and it should work just fine on a server that also runs PHP, but again I don't know if it's possible to include both inside the same file.
