PHP4 is available now and can be installed into IIS 5. Go to PHP.net and get the newest version. DOwnload all parts and then use the main install. It will install it into your dll library that IIS runs everything through. ASP is already running in IIS so you can just write your PHP and ASP pages and use them for what you need.

Install that and it will tell you the rest in the readme.
