I used the Web Component Link Bars

I used the Web Component Link Bars to add a navigation bar with custom links.
I then removed one of my links by selecting that option. I then added the link back. I now have both the removed and newly added links and can't get rid of one. Only one shows up on the "Link Bar Properties" page, but when I view the page in the browser, both show up.

Also, what's the best way to do a navigation bar that I want on all pages? As far a maintenance goes?

I would suggest that you go to TOOLS > RECALULATE HYPERLINKS and see if that removes the FP data that is showing the second link you don't want.
