I need to install a 10/100/1000Mbps ethernet switch that will have one 10/100/1000 auto-negotiating Windows PC connected, along with two 1000Mbps (only) devices. And I need to uplink the 10/100/1000 switch to a 10/100 switch that will have several 100Mbps (only) devices connected.

Will the PC be able to communicate with the 1000Mbps devices on the 1000Mbps switch, and with 100Mbps devices on the 100Mbps switch at rated speed?

I forgot to mention there is no need for the 100Mbps and 1000Mbps port to attempt communication with the PC at the same time. It would be fine if the PC and 1000Mbps could communicate.... and then several seconds later the 100Mbps ports. Point of the test is to verify each port works, one at a time.

As far as I can see, there will be no problem. As long as you configure the Windows PC and the Switch correct.
The first thing to look at is the Port Speed and Duplex mode.
If a 1000Mb machine wants to communicate with a 100Mb machine the switch buffers the traffic, if neccesary.
The quality (costs) of the Switch determines how good it is in buffering the traffic.
