When trying to open a pdf document generated on our web site, I get the following error...

Acrobat Reader could not open pa026121.fdf. The file is not a supported file or the file has been corrupted. (For example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't decoded correctly).

I believe that the problem lies in the Explorer settings. I can log onto this same machine as a different user and can open the pdf file in question without any problems.

This particular user had issues before with her Explorer and some changes were made to her settings. Perhaps this is the root of the problem but the changes were made months ago and this problem just surfaced today.

Help me, PLEASE! I am out of ideas?

Try to clear the IE cache for this user. Usually an index.dat corruption.

Hope this helps. Please let know if this resolve your issue

Removed and reinstalled Acrobat reader and all is well!

Thanks!
