I still can't figure out way my end users can't send a three column report via e-mail without the margins screwing up. The reports look fine on the monitor and prints fine, but when they try to send them via e-mail (outlook 97).

Remember
1. We're using Access 97, Outlook 97, and MS Word 97.
2. We're on a LAN
3. No other problems (viewing or printing).
4. Reports must be sent as Rich text format.
5. I tried changing columns, Margins, Paper size,
orientation the margins are still screwed up.
PLEASE HELP ME...

Make sure the recipients have the same version of Word or higher. Also, send the document from within Word:
File > Send To > Mail Recipient. Hope this helps. s-)
