OK Guys. I need some help here. I messed with it without knowing fully what I was doing and screwed it up. I am trying to put a second Exchange 2010 server in as a mailstore for our main office. I installed the server today and then did a move request for the mailboxes of the users that are at that location, that's where it broke. Now users cannot receive email or send to other users, its all stuck in a queue. To add to it, the servers are in two different AD sites, same domain. Not sure what to do here. I need some help to get this fixed.

I tried moving back from the Exchange 2010 console. That didn't work. But I think it can be done from the Powershell.
I would check if the connectors were created first before attempting to move back.

No I am not the OP... I was in similar situation. I was just throwing in my 2 cents experience about moving back mailboxes.

verify your Sites and Services...for both AD sites; I'm assuming different subnets. What roles does the remote Exchange server hold? HUB, CAS and I'm assuming MB Role. Does the second Exchange server show up in the original Exchange Server GUI?
