I recieve this error whenever I try

I recieve this error whenever I try to save the default.htm file in my Home Directory. I Have IIS 5.0 with Frontpage 2000.

The erorr is :
Server error: Cannot create file "D:\InetPub\

http://wwwroot\_vti_cnf\default.htm"

I have checked the server extensions umpteen times... and I have recalculated the web, I rebooted... I stopped the web site and started it. I don't know what else to do...
