I recently had a MICS with 7.1 s/w crash. Replaced cabinet and 7.1 s/w and am trying to reprogram as before. customer has centrex lines and i'm trying to set up outdial "9" / pool a with dest code of 9 but it will not accept the dest code 9. This is a school and i've looked at the programming at other sites and this is the way they're all set up. anybody got any ideas?

You have to remove all instances of 9 first before you can create a destination code.
Located in:
Line pool code
or
Outdial
