Ok here is the situation, I have 2 computers both running windows 2000 pro, both printing form a program called platypus. Now when ever these 2 computers try to print inside of this program (platypus, its a database), they get an internal memory error, or they get an error stating that from line 0 of the report, caused an fatal error and the program will shut down.
It diesn't affect the computers with windows 98, just the 2 on 2000 pro. This database uses Crytal reports to run a script for printing, and that is what it is having a hard time doing. Everytime it tries to pull up the print preview, or to just print, you get errors, and the program shuts down. It only happens when you want to print.
Please Help...If you need the exact error message please let me know. Thanks a whole bunch!!!
