i put a super quality password on m

i put a super quality password on my 2600
router, and now forget! .
i tried cisco way (

but somehow did not work. My problem is
i get into rommon prompt and i do :
rommon 1>confreg 0x2102
rommon 2>reset

it reboots and comes the router prompt
when i say "enable" i again see the password
dialogue!
would you please help me ?
ps :i use a HP700/92 terminal to config my 2610.

0x2102 is the default setting (normal boot behaviour)
Just follow the document you mentioned:

Type confreg 0x2142 at the rommon 1> prompt to boot from Flash without loading the configuration.
