INTERBASE PROBLEM...

I put 100000 registers in my database, then delete all. Database=20MB, before the database only have 2MB

How do I clean the 18 MB?
Any help out there?

I use insert and delete SQL

I don't have interbase with me, but there is a rebuild option which removes the deleted entries from the DB. This will reduce the size

Before insert registers database=2MB
After delete all of them database=20MB

I insert using SQL 100000 registers in tablexx

... then use SQL to remove all:
delete from tablexx;
commit

But the database now have 20MB. I don't know why, because
I delete all. The registers don't exist, but the size grow up...

A trouble. I try to use sweep from interbase but don't work.
