I phone 6 DTMF issue

hi,
Its surprising but i am facing this issue
Calls dialled from I phone 6 after entering DISA , I cannot dial the desired extension.
I dialled from I phone 5, it s working.... Also tried Blackberry its working, samsung also working.
I tried TVM 200 and also built in Disa.. same issue is faced on both cases..

Do we have some thing to change in the system or should it go to service provider?/

Had a similar issue and tested with a couple of cell phones. I use IPhone 6. I went into settings and cellular - changed Enable LTE setting from Voice and Data to Data only. This worked. Not a full explanation, but it worked.

In that case how can i ask those guys to change the IP phones settings...
