Hi,

I have a server based set up, on local PCs drive P is mapped to data on server. If i create a new user on my XPhome client station, it runs into that error accessing data over the net. exsiting XP home user on the same computer can access data over the network w/o problem

any input is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Peachtree version is 2003

If I may clarify, this is on a pre-existing set up , I have users on computers who access the network drive fine, but If i create a new user and map the drive for them, they run into I/O error in file userpref.dat file.
